Brave browser adds support for Solana dApps
Crypto-focused internet browser Brave has added support for Solana dApps.

Brave, the user privacy and freedom focused web browser has added support for Solana powered decentralized applications. This opens the door for the integration of more DeFi and Web3 applications in the future.
According to the announcement made by Brave, the web version of the browser will support solana based music app Audius and NFT marketplace Magic Eden. Dapp support for the its mobile browser will be announced soon.
Brave parterened with Solana in November 2021, making Solana its default blockchain network due to its faster transactions and lower fees.
In January 2022, Brave surpassed 50 million active users. The web browser founded by former Mozilla CEO Brendan Eich, took a mere 5 years to achieve the milestone.
The browser allows users to earn rewards for watching ads. It also has an embedded crypto wallet powered by Basic Attention Token (BAT) of Brave, over which the user’s rewards will be monetized.
